What instruments does it work with?
Whether you play bass, acoustic or electric — whether you have a Gibson, Fender, Taylor, Guild, Ibanez or Les Paul — Axe Hugger® is the right guitar stand accessory for you.
Play saxophone? Axe Hugger® works with saxophone stands too.
What guitar stands does it fit?
Axe Hugger® fits all guitar stands, including the Standard stand, the Ultimate stand, the A-frame stand and the saxophone stand.
Shipping
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders are made up and shipped from Van Nuys as quickly as we can manage. Etsy shows a delivery estimate before you pay and emails you tracking once it is on its way.
If something looks wrong with your order, email teddy@axehugger.com with your name and zip or postal code.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout for your country, and you get a tracking number. If your country is not showing at checkout, email teddy@axehugger.com and we will sort it out.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address. Within the United States it is $7.99. Everything ships from Van Nuys, California.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through our Etsy shop, so you can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or an Etsy gift card.
Is buying online safe?
Yes. Payment is handled by Etsy, not by us — we never see your card details. Orders are also covered by Etsy Purchase Protection.
Orders and returns
Do I need an account to order?
No. Etsy lets you check out as a guest.
Who do I contact with a question?

How can I cancel or change an order?
Message us through Etsy or email teddy@axehugger.com right away.
If it has not shipped we refund right away. If it has shipped, send it back and we refund on receiving it.
To change an order, cancel it and order the one you want instead.
How do I return something?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Start it from your Etsy order, or email teddy@axehugger.com.
Tell us why it is coming back so we can do better next time, and whether you would rather have a refund or a replacement.
