Whether you play bass guitar, acoustic guitar, or electric guitar; whether you have a Gibson®, Fender®, Taylor®, Guild®, Ibanez® or Les Paul®, Axe Hugger® is the right guitar stand accessory for you.

Are you a saxophone player? Axe Hugger® works with saxophone stands too.

Axe Hugger® fits all guitar stands including the Standard Stand, the Ultimate Stand, the A Frame stand, and the Saxophone Stand.


Shipping Information

1. What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package, the country of destination and the shipping method you choose. Once you add Axe Hugger® musical instrument stand accessories to your basket and enter the country, state/province and your zip/postal code, you will be able to see the cost of shipping your order once you click on the ‘get a quote’ button.

Please note that some of the above shipping methods may not be available to certain areas in the US and Canada. Available methods will show after you fill out your shipping address when you’re placing an order.

2. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, subject to availability, receipt of payment and credit authorization. We’ll inform you if an item is out of stock. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the online store within two hours of placing your order, please e-mail us at teddy@axehugger.com. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please include your full name and zip/postal code in your e-mail.

3. Do You Ship Internationally?

We sure do! We always try to arrange the shipment of your Axe Hugger® as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your package through their websites. We ship to almost anywhere in the world! Contact us for international shipping rates – teddy@axehugger.com

4. What is your Coupon Code Policy?

If you have a coupon code, enter it at the check-out and your discount will be applied. Coupon codes may have an expiry date and will not be valid after that date. Be sure to make note of this date when you receive your coupon.


Payment Information

1. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use PayPal. PayPal accepts payments from your PayPal account or from major credit cards – Visa or MasterCard.

2. Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. As a payment method we use PayPal which has millions of users worldwide who use it’s service on a daily basis and use SSL encryption on this site, which is a fancy high tech way of saying your information is safe with us. We won’t distribute it to any third parties and will keep all info absolutely private.


Orders and Returns

1. Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope. No account needed.

3. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Just email us right away – teddy@axehugger.com

For cancellations:

  • If the item has not shipped we will offer a refund right away.
  • If it has shipped, we will ask that you return it, at which point we will offer a refund upon receiving the returned item.

For order changes:

  • Follow the procedure for a cancellation and then choose a new item from the online store.

4. How Do I Track My Order?
We will send you an email when your order has shipped. We are working out tracking for a future date. At the time tracking is not available so that we can keep our shipping costs affordable.

5. How Can I Return a Product?
You can return a product by simply sending it back to us (see the contact page for the address). We want to make your experience as awesome as possible, so please let us know why you are returning it so we can make things better the next time around. A refund or a replacement will be issued once we receive the return. Please let us know which you prefer.

We would also appreciate it if you could shoot us an email when you send the package so we can know to expect it.
